Founder & Principal Geoscientist
Christy Glatz is a senior geoscientist and Petrel geomodeling specialist with more than 22 years of international experience across upstream oil & gas and carbon storage. She has worked on projects in more than 20 countries, supporting operators, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams on complex subsurface challenges.
Her particular strength is reservoir characterization—integrating geology, geophysics, petrophysics, and engineering data to define reservoir architecture, heterogeneity, connectivity, and uncertainty, then translating that understanding into fit-for-purpose 3D geological models.
Christy is particularly experienced in working with sparse, vintage, incomplete, and conflicting datasets, developing defensible geological interpretations while explicitly accounting for uncertainty. Her models have supported appraisal and development; drilling and well planning; reserves estimation; dynamic simulation; uncertainty assessment, and regulatory applications.
